This book i worked long ago when i was a kid, but we split from the project and the writter continued on. Wish the creators of this book the best of luck.

One of my favorite movies from Mel Brooks, right behind Spaceballs, and behind Blazing Sattles. Drew this while i was actually watching the movie. It didn't take long to draw. I added the tonal in photoshop to just give it alittle atmosphere. Hope you enjoy.

Well folks,

I no longer live in Orlando.

Me and my Gf have moved south close to Miami...YAY ( sarcastically) and i have yet to find a job in the two weeks i have been here. I am contiplating on freelance work, or a stable job. But thats no the point of this post.

why we are here, is to look at that pissed off looking little boy. Long ago i was part of a CREW of kids that helped this one guy build a universe and then because of selfishnes from all parties and just people moving apart, we stopped working on it. The guy who brought us together now has plans to turn it into some book, and my passion for something is left in the dust.

But every once in a while i'll revisit the main character as a way to practice techniques or just warm myself up. Heres a finished piece. hope you enjoy, and if you have any thoughts please let me know.

More life drawing at work. These two seemed so worn out, one second they were on their feet, and after just turning around for a quick second I saw them just plop on the ground in agony the guy kept looking at this women with this look like " are you okay, are you okay"and she just wanted to get off her feet. To me the situation needed to be drawn.

Being a artist, this is probably one of your favorite pass times. Working in a amusement park, its a hell of alot easier to draw people, than going to a damn class. Classes are great but classes cost money that i don't have.

Alot of these drawings are done in the park early in the morning, as i try my hardest not to fall asleep from a lack of it.

Any opinions are more than welcome.

The Bouncing Ball iand then teleports

Hey ladies and gents, wanted to show you folks my first ball bounce. I know its not the most impressive thing in the world, but its a start.

This is all drawn from the want to try to just do my own animation shorts. So me, my beautiful girlfriend and a friend of ours Kira got together and started working. First step the ball bounce, and then we move to the metronome and then animating characters.

I have a feeling this is going to be a blast.

Going old school with this one ladies and gents.

Watching Dragon Hunters, saw the character designer goes by the name of Arthur QwaK ( i hope i spelled that right. ). Took time to find some of his work, and i thought i would study his work, study how he uses shapes and see if could apply it. This is what i came up with a simple Evil Magi , i like to call him. My gf has claimed that she absolutely loves this design, and finds it to be the most humorous. To me thats a step in the right direction.

I just wanted to do a simple head shot from front and 3/4. I do this so i can see if i can work the design in more than one way and keep it interesting at the same time. I didn't want to go over the top with the color usage because i wanted it to feel like it belongs in a cartoon so i focused more on the flow of the line and kept the colors and shadows very simple. Much of this is inspired by Skottie young while the technique was inspired by Creaturebox though they mastered their way of coloring far beyond what i could possible comprehend lol.

Maybe we'll see this character around.

I have an idea, then i redo it. I keep pushing the design more and more, and its rare that i will finally be happy with the design. But i can hope this is the final design for Bruno's character.

Wow i need to really start keeping up with this blog.

Past month has been the most gruesome and exhausting months of my life, but me and my girl friend are almost through.

We've been in talks about making a animated cartoon using my concept design of a robot. I finished him up with colors and everything.The original concept was created by my friend and writter Angel ( sorry i forgot his last name) but everything that happens in the film will have direct connection to this character as it shows up in comics. I still haven't decided if i am going to keep these colors, but i just wanted to give the people who read this blog a preview of whats coming.

Hopefully after everything calms down, i'll have more to show on the progress.

I work as a caricature artist in universal studios, and being a stand that requires no hustling you have to find some other way to pass the time, so i draw....and i draw, till i customer comes up and i don't want to draw them though they make me money. Oh the irony. Any way these are things that i work when i am board.

To me, as an artist, i think the sketchs are some of the best art pieces ever. I just love seeing the creation of ideas, and seeing all the contrustrion lines that go into making a artist's idea a reality. Yeah you can paint it up, and turn it to a great piece, but i am always curious about what goes into a drawing before the paint.

So to celebrate this idea, here area couple of my own sketchs. Hopefully you can tell who they all are( harry potter, voldermort,etc.) some you may not because i made them up. Any way enjoy, and i am going to get back to work

Hello again everyone.

BAck to work on another piece, one i promised a friend of mine some time ago. While working on this piece i've come to a very odd but true conclusion. Ineed to draw more women. They are always a challenege but you can create such beauty once you finally figure out how the anatomy works and work the design aspects to create interesting pieces.

So expect more of that soon,

Any way, back to the drawing. Its Mr. HYDE. i hope to do a Dr. Jeykkle soon too to go with it, and if my friend wants to take a stab at it you might see a model be made of it. Anyway i hope you guys enjoy. please share your thoughts and comments i'll love to hear what ever you have to say.

Knight is finally finished. Did a Rough color job, but it was still really fun to do. Its hard to make metal look right, and decide what color to use for it. I like how it came out, but i still question the color choices i made. Maybe i need to start looking at the color wheel and play with color some more.

Also the color job is not going in the direction i am looking for, hopefully i'll find what i am looking for.

Back to the drawing Table, and loving every minute of it.

Doing storyboards was the best ob i ever had, but working on something from my imagination is so much more fun. Going back to my animated route is always a blast.

Here are couple of concept sketchs, and page try outs for a book me and a friend are working on, and hopefully i'll actually finish it.

Here's a challenge for anyone who wants to get better, ask someone what you should draw and draw it.

Like at my job, a co worker challenged me to draw a cutesy elephant i could while keeping elephant proportions and this is what comes out. Now i could do better, and i will next time but it was a great challenge none the less.
